Activities designed to provide services which will support and/or improve older persons mental and/or physical well being, exercise, physical fitness, and/or health screening.


The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is a exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease. Classes are one-hour each. Three times per week Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for six weeks beginning in October each year. At Luling, New Sarpy, and Norco Centers presented by The Medical Team.
